Join us for one of the many group fitness classes that we offer!  Below you will find a PDF of our August class schedule as well as group fitness descriptions.  It is wise to call and reserve a bike for any of the cycling classes, at least two hours in advance.  For any questions please feel free to contact us.  You can also pick up a class schedule for the month of August at the RAC.
