Want to have fun while you get a great workout?

Cycling is yet another way to get in shape and have fun at the same time. Cycle is for everyone, at every age, at every level of fitness. It is a great alternative to running and will provide a full-body workout with maximum calorie burn. Group classes are available at the RAC at select times throughout the week.

Cycling in the RAC

The RAC has a one-of-a-kind cycling loft. If you plan on joining one of our cycle classes, be sure to reserve a bike at least two hours prior to the start time of the class. Because classes tend to fill up quickly, this will ensure that you have a bike waiting for you.
