Softball, hockey, volleyball and track were some of the sports I grew up playing and currently play now. I love staying active whether it be in the gym, working out, or getting outside and playing a sport." "I'm currently Assistant Varsity & J/V Softball Coach at Rochester High School. Group training or one-on-one personal training is what I excel at. I enjoy that personal relationship you can have with a client, but also enjoy the group atmosphere with athletes.
