We offer the following group classes in Studio 4:
FitClub in The RPT Room
Classes will consist of a combination of Explosive, High Intensity, Functional movements that are constantly varied. We use our own bodyweight, kettle bells, resistance bands, free weights, wall balls, speed ropes, gymnastic rings, rope climbs and tire flips to increase your VO2 max and Cardio Endurance. You will combine Weight Lifting for strength and mobility.
SpinFit in The RPT Room
Increase your Cardio Endurance and Strength with constantly varied movements on and off the bike.
Interval training- Classes range from Beginner to Advanced taking spin to a whole new level.
