At the RAC Cafe you can indulge your taste buds while keeping an eye on your waistline. For all of our movers and shakers, we offer a variety of different smoothies and protein shakes. Visit the Juice and Protein bar to add a little spice to your diet.

Don't forget to ask about the "Shake of the Month." Every month we feature a different shake as our “Shake of the Month." This may be a gym favorite or a brand new recipe, either way you do not want to miss the flavor of the "Shake of the Month."
