Lions Den
The Lions Den provides elite sports training for serious athletes. Our Lions Den trainers incorporate the latest in training techniques to keep athletes at the top of their game. By teaching the principles for high performance and injury prevention, our trainers give athletes a serious competitive edge.
RAC Trainers
- Encourage a safe, fun, continuous-learning environment that promotes physical growth, sports advancement and self-confidence
- Create a positive environment where athletes develop athletic prowess, mental toughness, life skills and positive character traits
- Assist families and coaches in developing successful student athletes
Program Fundamentals
- Stimulating the neuromuscular system to enhance flexibility and improve overall balance
- Plyometrics training to optimize explosive speed
- Free weight training focused on multi-joint, total body strengthening
- Core training to stabilize and strengthen the torso muscles
- Sports-specific agility drills to increase speed and reaction time
- General cardiovascular training to maximize overall fitness level and to meet the demanding challenges of competitive sports
Take advantage of our Performance Workshops by Sport or The Complete Athlete Program which addresses an athlete who competes across multiple sports. We specialize in the following sports; however, we will customize a program for you or your team upon request.

*Plyometrics is a type of exercise training that produces fast, powerful movements. Plyometric movements use strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to enable athletes to jump higher, run faster or hit harder (depending on your goal).
