Serious Training for Serious Athletes

Rochester Performance Training provides specific training for athletes serious about their sport. Our RPT trainers incorporate the latest training techniques to keep athletes at the top of their game by teaching the principles for high performance and injury prevention.

Our trainers have sport-specific expertise with years of experience, allowing them to develop specialized training methodologies. The RAC trainers are former collegiate athletes who have excelled at their sport and have gone on to become high level professional trainers.

*Plyometrics is a type of exercise training that produces fast, powerful movements. Plyometric movements use strength, elasticity and innervation of muscle and surrounding tissues to enable athletes to jump higher, run faster or hit harder (depending on your goal).
