This massage employs various proven techniques to benefit specific areas, as well as your entire body. This full-body treatment resonates with those who want to revitalize and maintain good health. Swedish Massage- This classic massage employs long soothing strokes to improve circulation, relieve muscle tension and increase mobility, leaving you in a deeply relaxed, stress-free state. Deep Tissue - A vigorous massage designed for athletes to prevent and help remedy damage and trauma. This will promote joint mobility and increase flexible for athletically active individuals. Mother-to-Be Massage- A soothing massage specifically designed for the expectant mother. It offers relief from backaches, edema, sciatica and fatigue. For moms-to-be who are beyond their first trimester. Reflexology Massage- The techniques used during Reflexology focus on reflex points on the hands or feet, which correspond to specific parts of the body. This age old treatment increases circulation and restores balance to the entire body. This treatment allows sinus passages to open and reduces swelling and headaches related to sinus pressure.
