Spinning

Spinning/cycling is yet another way to get in shape and have fun at the same time. Group cycling classes are available at the RAC at select times throughout the week. We also offer cycling classes for different fitness levels. Cycling is a great alternative to running and will provide a full-body workout.

The RAC is currently updating their cycling room. We are very excited to expand this program. If you plan on joining one of our spin classes, be sure to reserve a bike at least two hours prior to the start time of the class. Because classes tend to fill up quickly, this will ensure that you have a bike waiting for you.
