Our personal trainers are available to help you, regardless of your current physical condition, fitness level or age. Their education and experience ensure your safety. They take great pride in helping you achieve maximum efficiency and desired results.
You can expect a thorough fitness evaluation during your first session. The evaluation includes a battery of tests - including cardiovascular, flexibility, muscle strength and endurance. These tests provide a baseline to track your progress and allow your trainer to build a program according to your level of fitness. Your trainer will ask about your health conditions, medications and exercise experience, including but not limited to, chronic disease such as heart problems, breathing issues or physical limitations. The more information you share with your trainer the more personalized and safe your program will be.
